much better than last time I used their services (~5-10 years ago). the man behind the counter was professional, friendly and they had my car finished before I even realized it was being serviced. only have 4 stars because I think they failed to balance my tire pressure, but In all honestly, they deserve a 5 star. I'll probably be changing to 5 after after checking my tire pressure personally (as opposed to what my dash is indicating). The Reno South Virginia shop near Offenhauser, has definitely improved my impression of the franchise. [Editted do to spelling/ punctuation errors]
Who knew getting your vehicle smogged could be so easy and enjoyable. I was offered a nice chair to wait in which I hardly sat in because they were so fast. I couldn’t get my coupon to pull up they gave it to me anyway. Everyone e from the one who met me to the one will walked me out and opened the door for me smiled and were amazing. I will take all of my vehicles here from now on. This Jiffy Lube family was the best!!!
Went in to get brakes and rotors checked, ended up not even needing them ?♀️ All the staff here has been really helpful my last few visits. Got it all done super fast, super cheap compared to most places, all super respectful, and I'm positive if I have any issues again im coming back here! Special shoutout to all the guys who helped me out with my first car ♡
