David was fast and friendly! Super quick oil change. Showed us we needed a new air filter but unfortunately they were out of stock. Didn't hassle us with anything we didnt need but did show us and help us make choices for what we did- and we got a free car wash and Vacumme! Great service, reasonable price, will definitely be back!
This place was awesome. Super friendly, efficient and informative staff. Only thing was i asked for only the oil quantity that is included in the price of a regular service. They put in the .1 more and charged me. I keep a quart at home for the .1 . Regardless I'll go back. They even gave me a free car wash coupon. How do you beat that.
My son’s car was due for service, and I mistakenly thought it needed an oil change. Since we’re new to Reno, I brought it to Oil Changers for what I expected would be a quick oil change. The technician, Jamie, checked under the hood, inspected the oil, and told me it didn’t need changing for at least another 3,000 miles. That level of honesty is hard to find these days. Instead of selling me a service I didn’t need, they checked all of the other fluids at no charge and even gave me a free car wash coupon. They easily could have changed the oil, charged me around $100, and I never would have known the difference. They didn’t. Their honesty and integrity earned my trust. Because of the outstanding service Jamie and the team provided, my family and I will be returning to Oil Changers for all of our future vehicle maintenance. It’s refreshing to find a business that truly puts its customers first. Highly recommended!
