This Jiffy Lube is great! I've been to other JL places and they haven't been a good experience and I was hesitant to even go to another location but this location is really good, affordable, dependable, honest, and efficient. Very friendly and explain everything really well. They don't try to scam you and really listen to what you need, they're not pushy either into unnecessary things to do. I highly recommend this specific location.
Kaleb at Jiffy Lube was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, his customer service was outstanding. I sat in the lobby during my visit and watched how he interacted with every single customer, and he treated everyone with kindness, professionalism, and respect. You can truly tell he cares about people and takes pride in his work. It’s rare to come across someone who makes customers feel so welcomed and valued. We first visited this Jiffy Lube around mid September, and the service was truly excellent. There were only two young gentlemen working at the time, and they were incredibly kind, positive, and welcoming. Their joy was contagious. It really felt like they enjoyed what they were doing and genuinely cared about helping us. I especially appreciated the friendly conversation because it is those simple interactions that make life feel a little brighter. Recently, I had a very different experience at another location across town where the service was poor and I was overcharged. It left me feeling uneasy. I also tried a shop near Aurora and arrived close to closing after a long commute, but unfortunately left disappointed there as well. Because of those experiences, I decided it was worth making the drive back to the 120th and Norco location, and I am so glad I did. Once again, I was blessed by the outstanding service and the team’s clear customer first approach. The camaraderie among the staff, their smiles, and their professionalism truly stood out. It is refreshing to see a team that works with such positivity, integrity, and heart. Thank you for creating an environment that reflects kindness and excellence. You never know how much that can impact someone’s day. You guys rock, 120th and Norco team. Keep shining your light and doing great work. ?
