The whole team was polite and worked quick. The quality of work was very good. During my oil change they suggested replacing the spark plugs but we're not too pushy about it. I declined, went home and research about my vehicle's need for new spark plugs. And, yes it needed them. A couple days later I went back and had them replace my spark plugs. They again were quick and good and the price was better than competitive.
Connor was awesome!! I was in a road trip and stopped for a routine oil change when he noticed my brake pads were nearly paper thin. When I explained I was driving 400 miles early the next morning, he was amazing and stayed way past closing time in order to change the brakes. He kept my kids and me safe on the road and I’m so grateful! Zain also stayed to help. I was super impressed with my first visit to Jiffy Lube!
The service writer was great and answered all my questions, listened to what I wanted/needed and got me taken care of. The service manager is kind and just as helpful when it comes to checkout etc. As far as I can tell (as a former technician myself) the work was performed correctly. I usually prefer factory service but this may just have changed my mind.
