I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. I went in for emissions testing and a same-day renewal since it was the last day of the month, and everything went smoothly. The staff was very friendly and efficient—I was in and out much quicker than I expected. Really appreciate the fast and helpful service!
A plus service! Originally went to competitor (take 5) was there for an emissions test. 6 workers and they had my truck in the bay. 30 minutes later didn’t wait on me or check on me so I asked to leave. Came over to jiffy lube and met Riley (excellent customer service by the way!) was in and out in 10 minutes! That’s how it’s done! You’ve earned my business and I will tell everyone where I work, all 1500 employees to come to jiffy lube on 12th! Thanks again for doing things right!
I took my C8 in for required emissions. The boys were trying so hard to be the experts. And they did great. They got to a point when they needed access to the engine and looked in the front and the back and were bewildered. Then they cam in and asked for help. Good for them! One thing they didn't do was place a protective mat on the driver's side floor. That made me a little worried. I asked about it but they said there was no oil on the floor of their shop. Hard to believe that but we'll see. Overall, great experience.
