Very friendly and helpful service workers they go above and beyond to help the customer Samantha is amazing I drove in not knowing what time they closed. Thinking I probably wouldn’t be able to get my oil changed until the following day which was totally fine but Samantha said come on in we will get you done I even apologized and said I would return in the morning she said nope come on in !! I really appreciate that she saw to it i was taken care and she explained absolutely each step of the way thank you for having such an amazing person and working for you ? Another awesome experience getting my oil changed excellent customer service and they all love dogs as much as I do they get you in and out in a very timely manner and they explain everything to as they go any questions answered without hesitation thank for your great customer service service for everyone working there today !!!! 04/15/2026
Everything was great! Samantha, the manager checked us in and was very friendly. Another nice lady named Raja consulted us on the additional items that the car needed and made it easy to understand. Didn’t try to oversell anything, just showed us what the card needed and didn’t need. The whole experience was very good, we will for sure be back to this specific location. Good job, Jiffy Lube, and team!
The service was provided quickly. The service representative inspected my car and made recommendations to replace the engine air filter and the cabin air filter. Both of the filters were really dirty. Additionally, They rotated my tires and inspected the brake pads and informed me that no replacement was necessary. The service was thorough.
