I've always taken my cars to Jiffy Lube in a different state where I lived for decades. Needing to have my oil changed in Glendale, I naturally looked for one close by. Friendly and prompt service is what I received. Thank you Shane and crew. I'll be back!
Manager ( Dylan Kobran) is one of the nastiest individual to have at this or any other store. When I complaint about an enormous amount of oiil that was spilled throughout my engine, his response was to never come back for service. I have pictures to prove the bad service that that crew did. They are inexperienced Dylan made excuses for them and stated that it was an accident. I will never take both my vehicles to any JIffy lube again. You just lost a customer. Additionally I will make it a point to advise friends and family to stay away from all Jiffy Lube locations
