Don’t know the names of the 3 young men that were working at the Jiffy Lube on Reems Rd in Surprise Az. But they are and were amazing ! I called and was not sure if I was going to make it in time and I told them I did not make it in time that that was fine. I could come early in the morning. I had to be at work early that morning, but I was willing to get up early to take my. But when I got there, it was five minutes to closing and I told him it’s OK. I understand you guys are closing so I can come back tomorrow. They said no no no we waited for you so we’re going to take care of you.. WOW what amazing customer service !!! They were very accommodating and stayed to do a job well done . I was so grateful because I had not been able bring in my car because of work . Such AMAZING customer service!!! Thank you for being so gracious and kind you three young me. May God bless each one of you ! Thank you again so very much!! Mercedes
Quick is an understatement. They got my car done super fast. They might be a few bucks higher than competitors but they also get the work done in lightning speeds, so I will take the cost for the time. Also didn’t try to upsell me, just told me the information and let me make a decision. My new go to place, since the other place I went to was a 2 hour wait. Good set of guys too, everyone was nice and easygoing.
I had oil change this afternoon, And nothing comp to the service I mean yea car repair oil change service is expected, I’m talking customer service. The appreciation for choosing them . The care and support I get for being a woman with no knowledge of oil or whatever comes with an oil change … they educate me and send me away better then when I arrived . There better than the rest .. thanx guys
