Manager Shawn and the team at Jiffy Lube were great. I got an oil change and my filters replaced. They gave me great insight about another repair I’ll be getting done soon. I did not feel pressured to get a lot of services done all at once and was given fair pricing. In and out within 45 minutes (between a quick inspection, test drive, and repairs), . Very good customer service and friendly staff.
The Staff was and is excellent! I recently just got my first car. Its a used car but new to me! I had a bad with Mr.Tire down the street and my Mother suggested that I use Jiffy Lube because she has always had an excellent job done to here with all the cars that she had! I came in and all three employees treated me and my Mother with respect. They broke everything down to me from suggestions for the type of oil I should use down to explaining everything I needed to come back to fix soon and I could come back and get everything done over the next few weeks. Only thing I forgot to ask was for them to rotate my tires but I will get that done next Month when I go in to get the last 3 or so things done. Thank you to this great staff and keep up the great work!
