I will never go back to Toyota for an oil change after visiting the Silver Hill Rd Jiffy Lube. Every Technician was professional, kind, friendly and quick. From the moment I pulled in to a parking space, I was guided by a wonderful young lady to pull up to a bay. After my phone appointment ended and I was able to pull into the bay, the crew immediately went to work. Because of recent sinus surgery, my head hurt and I didn't follow the Technicians instructions well but they didn't make me feel as if they were irritated, they were patient. Another sweet young lady had to deal with my messy, heavy dashboard to get to my cabin air filter but she wasn't bothered by it and turned it into a funny moment. A nice gentleman offered me his arm to help me out of my vehicle to see the awesome job that was being done on my headlamp restoration and helped me back into my vehicle. I mistook him offering his arm to assist me as a COVID era handshake, LOL! My power steering fluid and windshield wiper fluids were topped off and I didn't know they had filled them up until I saw upon leaving that my notification light had gone out. My oil was changed, filters changed, headlamps restored and fluids filled up in less than 20 minutes and I was treated respectfully and with kindness and experienced the highest level of professionalism and team work. This will be my new oil change spot and I look forward to my next visit. Give this crew cash awards. They deserve it!
Came in right before the rush on a Friday afternoon, the shop had team members out on the bay assisting customers in lanes making the process run seemingly smooth. The team did an amazing job communicating effectively with each customer as I observed as they serviced my vehicle. Special kudos to ED! I will definitely return to this location.
I am so happy to use jiffy lube to maintain my vehicle. My vehicle has over 239,000 mi and not a single repair issue. Never broken down ever. The last time I went to jiffy lube the people there found that someone had left a pry bar in the engine area which could have damaged my entire engine. I want to thank jiffy lube for their diligent maintenance of my vehicles over the years Great job team
