I like this place because they work quickly, which is something I really appreciate. However, I feel like they sometimes rush through the service. For example, they may vacuum only the driver’s side, forget to top off the windshield washer fluid, or overlook checking the brake fluid. It seems like there’s always one or two small things that get missed. As for customer service, I don’t interact much with the technicians, but I’ve noticed that the cashiers can sometimes come across as having a bit of an attitude. That said, they may just be having a busy or stressful day. Overall, this is just my personal opinion. I’d give them 4 out of 5 stars.
I took my Honda Civic Hatchback to Jiffy Lube for an oil change 3 days ago, and I absolutely loved the service. They are very fast and don’t keep you waiting for a long time like other locations from the same company. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I also really appreciate that they check the car carefully, and if your vehicle needs anything else, they let you know right away and give you an estimate of the total cost with no pressure or surprises. That gives me a lot of confidence and trust in their service. Definitely a 5-star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience, and I will be coming back again.
Deshawn was wonderful. I got there right before close, and he did not act like I was holding him up. The shop is fast, seemingly efficient and will make sure you get/are aware of all services your car need.
