Outstanding service at Jiffy Lube! I stopped by for a quick oil change and was blown away by how fast and efficient the whole process was. The team greeted me right away, walked me through everything they were doing, and had my car serviced before I even finished my coffee. No hassle, no pressure—just honest, professional, and friendly service. It’s rare to find a place that respects your time AND does quality work, but Jiffy Lube absolutely delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future maintenance needs. Highly recommend!
Appreciate not being pressured with any upselling. Asked if I was there for just an oil change or if I was interested in any other services. When I replied “just the oil change” they said “sounds good!” and that was it. Oil was changed in 10 minutes and I was on my way!
No pressure sales is most appreciated. You tell me what needs to be done next time. I don't feel like I'm getting screwed if I ask this time or do it next time. Also, the only Jiffy Lube that I know of that still cleans the car interior (and does a GOOD job). I had been working in Manassas for 5 years and only been to your place once. I GUARANTEE I will be back. The entire staff was friendly, not only with me, but with the other people and the annoying dog that one person couldn't control. Well done.
