Huge shoutout to Juan, Sergio, and Elijah for the amazing service during my oil change. They were professional, friendly, and super efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made the whole process quick and stress-free, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It’s hard to find a team this honest and welcoming these days. Definitely coming back because of them. Thanks again, guys!
I had an excellent experience at the Valvoline on Duke Street in Alexandria. Kareem and Peter were the two technicians who worked on my car, and they were both outstanding. They were extremely polite, professional, and helpful, and they made my oil change quick and easy. Kareem also took the time to explain and suggest other services that may be helpful for my vehicle. Although I did not have time to take care of those additional services during this visit, I will definitely consider returning to this location for future oil changes and other maintenance based on this interaction. All of the technicians I encountered were very friendly, but Kareem and Peter especially stood out for their professionalism, courtesy, and clear explanation of the services. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and would recommend this Valvoline location.
I had a great experience at Valvoline today for my oil change. David navigated everything wonderfully and made the process smooth from start to finish. My fluids were topped off, I was able to get a new windshield wiper installed, and Peter was very knowledgeable about everything my vehicle needed. Everyone was professional, friendly, and welcoming. Daquan also took the time to show me my oil and installed my new windshield wipers quickly and efficiently. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the whole team made me feel taken care of.
