Good customer service with Phil gave me good advice when I asked his opinion on certain oil for my pickup truck. 1996 dodge ram 1500 with 482,000 miles on it.
I like going to this JiffyLube! Been there a couple of times and it's a true little “hole in the wall” but the workers are cool, funny and have even told me when I “didn't” need something, such as replacing a filter or even a windshield wiper that was still in good condition. They also told me they could see that I take good care of my car! Kudos to them - even in this freezing winter weather!
I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today thanks to Demetrius. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was quick and efficient, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Excellent customer service — I’ll definitely be back!
