I've taken several vehicles in for service at this Jiffy Lube Multicare location over the past few years. The team is knowledgeable and efficient. On the day of my most recent service, I initially arrived aroun 10:30 am; however, the team member noted that the current estimated wait would be 60 - 90 minutes due to high volume. I appreciated that estimate and returned a few hours later and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They recommend services without being overly forceful, which I appreciate.
I have been a regular customer since I moved to Maryland two years ago. I keep returning due to the courteous treatment I receive with each visit. On this visit I was well received by Femi. I let him know I wanted my usual oil change as well as air conditioner service (unfortunately their system was not working today) and verify the noisy brakes. Once they did the initial check of my vehicle, as is their custom, they show me what is recommended and the quote for each service. They do not try to upsell anything. Being that my tires were recently serviced, I rejected the tire rotation. Though they confirmed the brakes were making noise, they also confirmed that the brake pads were practically brand new. My vehicle had been parked for two months, which may have lead to mild rusting. They assured me that once I drive my vehicle around enough, the noise should cease. In a nutshell, they could have tried to upsell an expensive brake job, but did not do so. My compliments to the manager of this establishment, for they are always on the ball!
