Everyone that works there is top notch, friendly and courteous! The services were explained to me in a way that helped me understand what they did and how they benefited my car and my experience driving the car but not in a way where you feel like they're just trying to upsell you. They also didn't try to sell me any service that wasn't needed yet. Lastly, they got me in and out in quickly! But not so quickly where you wonder if they even touched your car. Overall, highly recommend!

They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s hard to find a place with such great customer service these days. I had such an amazing experience at this Jiffy Lube location—I honestly don’t see myself going anywhere else after this. From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted by Toby, who was kind, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. Walking inside, I was then greeted by Eric (I hope I got his name right), and his customer service truly stood out. Even with his back turned, he stopped what he was doing just to acknowledge and welcome me, which I really appreciated. Nashawn (apologies if I misspelled it) handled the details of my service, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. I even joked about the price of an oil change, and he made the experience feel comfortable and easy. What I appreciated most was that, as a woman, I didn’t feel taken advantage of or pressured. They made recommendations without being pushy, which is something I’ve experienced elsewhere, and it meant a lot. The entire team made this experience feel honest, efficient, and respectful. I was in and out quickly, which was perfect since I was heading out for a road trip. This location is stellar. I truly trust them with my vehicle moving forward and will absolutely be returning. Thank you all so much—I appreciate you more than you know!
