Awesome staff - Mercedes scheduled me in for 4:30 in Catonsville when I arrived they said their system made an error and I had to come back tomorrow (3 hours out of the way) called jiffy lube in Catonsville - manager answered and explained to me they can service a Mercedes Sprinter - I went there team is super nice and good people - I hope they get paid what they’re worth and the owner of this location realizes they have a great team. Would go again and I am very particular about my vehicle.
I prefer this location even though it's 20 min from where I live. Goes to show that good service travels far ?. Very efficient and timely and always personalable with all everytime I visit.
I had a great experience getting an oil change at this location. The service techs looked up my vehicle recommendations and gave me some service suggestions, but when I turned them down they were not pushy or aggressive. The service was fast (even on a warm Saturday afternoon), and the techs were polite to every customer that came through the doors while I was there. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
