Donald met us right away and took good care of us personally. In almost every regard I thought the service was excellent; and that's coming from someone who ran three award-winning shops for 30 years. I was impressed with the personal care and the speed of the service. I tend to think it's a little bit pricey, but on the other hand if your time is highly valuable then that's a fair trade-off.
Today was a great experience for me! After the last 8 years of taking my Premium vehicle to the original dealer of purchase for all matters/care and mechanical matters, I took my Audi Q7 for JL for an Oil Change! I was not planning to take it here but after I missed an appointment at another company, and I did not want to wait to get this service. Upon arrival my primary request was as long as I could watch the work being accomplished I would take a chance, they accommodated my request! The entire experience was extremely pleasant, and reminded me of a very finely cohesive team. There were obvious layers of Mangers, lead Technicians and entry level personnel! I was very impressed with how well they all worked together! The operation reminded me of my Military (AF) training and certification process! The original individuals who met me when I drove in to the facility, the receptionist who was very patient and entertained my myriad questions on the entire operation, the technicians who kept making eye contact with me to let me know they welcomed me watching their every move, and the extremely professional Managers who invited me outside to explain their process, when I looked worried or concerned about what they were doing. I could say more about how the work place atmosphere felt extremely positive, very pleasant and inviting. Lastly while verifying my cars computer wold calibrate the oil change, they were concerned about the reading. Instead of hiding it or sending me away with advice to bring it back it a problem occurred, they decided to start from scratch and accomplish the procedure a different way to ensure a different result. It worked! That was extremely impressive! They didn’t have to do and I told them that, but the manager say he preferred it that way to seek the on the spot best solution. I was sure they had done nothing wrong, since it was only an oil change, however this final gesture allowed me to see premium customer service at it’s finest! Needless to say I was extremely satisfied with the stellar service I received, and I will visit again, with other family vehicles! I highly recommend this business!
