Went in just before/at closing. The gentleman there (I believe the owner) was incredibly accommodating. I had a nail in my tire and upon examining it, he found a second one. Fixed it on the spot. Was incredibly grateful for the quick service and for being able to help me in such a pinch, especially since I have work first thing in the morning. Thank you for your generosity and excellent customer service. You don’t know how much you helped me.
As I have driven all over the United States and visited many businesses. I appreciate the hospitality of this Jiffy Lube. When I arrived I was greeted and told welcome to Jiffy Lube, and asked if I was there for an oil change? I told them I have a lot of driving to do the next week and just needed my tires checked and a top off of my oil, if needed. I remembered, Jiffy Lube has a national warranty and I can visit any Jiffy Lube during my 3,000 my service window to have my fluids checked, etc Within minutes I was greeted by their service advisor, who took my information and put my car in line. I met the manager Greg, and chatted about my vehicle and any questions I had. He told me they would be done in a few minutes. Sure enough in about 10 minutes I was told my vehicle was done and was in my way. Even though I did not need an oil change on this visit I was treated as I have been on past visits like a valued customer. Thanks to the whole staff!
Quick, Friendly Service with No Pressure Upselling Good service overall. They offered options and explained pricing clearly, but there was no pressure to purchase any extras—just a straightforward note that some maintenance items were due. The staff was friendly and the process was quick from start to finish. In and out without any hassle. I did feel the price was high but it wasn’t something this particular store set.
