Great guys. They took care of me and the other customers that were waiting, they accommodated my little girl who was was waiting with me, and had great communication all the way through. Chris helped check me out and went over everything they needed to to keep me updated on the little things I should pay attention to all while helping me out with possible expense concerns. Been to a handful of jiffy lubes and this one’s a great one.
This place is amazing, they saved my car lol. When I pulled up they was quick to answer my questions, they told me exactly what was going on with my car and they fixed it quickly. I pulled up with a belt off and went out with a great price of getting a new one. I love going to this location. 10 stars guys and thank you so very much.
Team had me in quickly and even though I was just doing an inspection and registration they treated me with respect and the same level of service as with a larger job. Offered some additional services, which I declined, but they were not pushy and didn’t affect the treatment. I left the location and forgot my briefcase and Shawn, the manager, called me to let me know. I appreciate that they made an effort to find me and proactively reach out to me, that is great service in a day and age when service is seen as a burden. Thank you Shawn and team!
