I came early morning around and it took 20mins for someone to come up to my car to ask what I needed done. The workers just worked on the cars infront of them and did not bother to ask what service I needed. Not a great experience for the first time customer however after I explained my frustration they apologized and gave me the best service 5 stars all the way
I had a great experience here today getting my oil changed. The crew was really nice, quick, and super helpful throughout the whole process. A special shoutout to Tayshawn, he worked super hard and made sure everything was taken care of. They explained everything clearly and got me in and out without a long wait. Great customer service all around. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Stopped by the Jiffy Lube in Burlington, NJ for a 15-minute oil change and had a great experience. Nelson (Nel) was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything and made the whole process quick and stress-free. I was in and out fast. Highly recommend this location—and definitely ask for Nel!
