This was my first time ever Using a Take 5 facility To have my Oil changed. I came with my brand new car It wasn’t sure what to expect. I was greeted with a warm, hello and a nice cold bottle of water to drink while I waited for my car to be serviced. Each person that assisted me was very nice and helpful. Since this was a new car, I was not aware of how some things worked, and once my car was done, which was very quick, the attendant showed me how to reset my oil change monitor and gave me a nice smile. From start to finish, everyone was great! Thank you for making me feel comfortable my first time around. I will be coming back again?
Joshua and his teammates are second to none, when it comes to service. From the moment you pull up, your great service starts with a complimentary water while you wait. They’re extremely knowledgeable, and don’t try to sell you on things you don’t need. The service is extremely quick and very thorough. I wouldn’t recommend any other place after going to take five multiple times and having A+ service every time. Thanks guys, cheers!
I came to get my oil changed and was immediately greeted and brought water for not only me but for my two friends in the car as well. Justin and Elliot were extremely helpful and gave the best service ever. I had no idea I even had a cabin air filter until Elliot changed it for me which saved me loads of money in the long run. We shared lots of jokes and laughs I honestly felt like I was hanging out with some close friends. I will never go to another shop bc of how friendly and nice they were. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!! definitely bringing more sour patch kids next time lol ? ??
