I have been going to this location for a few years now. The staff here is always welcoming, friendly, kind, professional, and respectful. Best part is they always get the job done really quickly. Ive had some bad experiences at other locations and it made me take a really long break from Jiffy Lube However, when I moved here I gave this place a shot starting new and they have yet to disappoint. Between the Great service and communication. I would highly recommend going to this one. Thanks for another great experience.
I took our 2017 Prius C here for state inspection / emissions and an oil change. They were helpful and even topped up all of the engines fluids. I know this sounds like a small deal, but the Toyota dealership doesn’t even do this anymore, in my personal experience. Total time spent here during a non busy time of day on a Wednesday? 40 minutes, lightning fast! I went around 11AM for anyone who’s curious on the non-busy time of day. Thank you all so very much for being courteous, professional, and helpful and kind. God bless you all and I will be taking our car here for next year’s inspection for sure. ? Full synthetic oil change: $100~ Inspection/Emissions plus stickers: $100~
Thanks for making it easy. My car needed inspection and emissions. They were able to get me in immediately, serviced my car & made appropriate recommendations that didn't cost an arm and leg. I was even able to use a coupon that saved me $20. All in all, superb experience, they treated me very well and didn't try to take advantage. I will be back, everyone was very friendly, great vibe.
