Was at a different shop (Not Jiffy Lube) for tires recently and tried to get an oil change there. They were unable to get my drain cap off. Came to this location to see if they could get my oil changed and not only did they get the drain cap right off, they replaced it for me, and had me out of there in under 15 minutes total. Quickest, best service I've had for an oil change.
Jose and his staff where very professional. The first thing I noticed was the great atmosphere that the staff created as they were working. From washing the windows to making sure everyone was informed of any car needs to be addressed in a very professional and caring manner! I was very thankful to have a establishment that I could trust. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube E Market street because Their manager Jose earned my trust . Thank you!
I just went into this place about an hour ago for the first time ever and they were very friendly and helpful, they explained all my options for a oil change and what everything meant (I don’t know jack about cars). They also offered me coupons when it was about time to pay. I will DEFINITELY be coming back here next time I need my car taken care of. 5 out of 5 mother flipping stars. ?
