These guys were great! They explained everything to me, encouraged me not to wait so long since my oil level was so low, told me I can come for free oil and windshield fluid top offs in between oil changes, and told me about a recall part for my car.
Staff was helpful regarding oil type needed. Service was faster than I anticipated--truly live up to the Jiffy name! I had called in advance and was sent a $15 off coupon. Even without the coupon the price was reasonable for an oil change. Staff were friendly and personable.
I usually dread going to garages because it always feels like someone is trying to push unnecessary repairs on you. I just don't trust them. But I had a completely different experience here. They weren’t pushy at all and were actually extremely helpful. On top of that, the oil change was fast, ~20 minutes. I liked that I could actually see what they were doing. They even gave me the breakdown on how to change my own oil next time, which was huge because trying to find a definitive answer online about what filter to buy or whether I needed a specific filter wrench was a nightmare. While they were working, the guy took out my air filter to show me it needed replacing. He mentioned they had one in stock if I wanted it, but there was zero pressure. It felt like a genuine heads-up rather than an aggressive upsell, which I really appreciated. Definitely a refreshing experience, and honestly I may skip changing it myself next time and pay the extra $40 to have them do it. They had a $25 off coupon online, so that made the decision even easier this time around.
