I recently had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube on Meadow Avenue in Scranton, and the service I received from Q, Brandon, and Nick was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, they provided a truly phenomenal customer experience. Not only did they take care of my oil change, but they also went above and beyond by vacuuming my floors and cleaning my windows. Their attention to detail and willingness to provide exceptional service really stood out. I was also given a military discount and sincerely thanked for my service, which was greatly appreciated. I felt welcomed since the very beginning, the manager was courteous and professional. I was explained about their findings, prices and was given the option to add up services or refuse them. Prices were more than affordable, the waiting room was clean and they even offered me coffee. The oil change was super fast. They provided extra services I wasn't expecting at no extra cost. They answered ALL of my questions including coupons and discounts. Will definitely come back for business! I wish I could get this kind of customer service everywhere I go!! This is how a business is supposed to be run!! Kudos!
Elias and his team at Jiffy lube are beyond amazing. I went in for an oil change and asked for recommendations as to where I should get my car inspected and they did it right there on the spot. They were transparent with me as to what I needed fixed in order to pass inspection and they had the parts delivered within the hour. The service was very quick and the prices were reasonable. The staff were very kind. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you did not get your oil changed here.
