I had a great experience with the Jiffy Lube team. The staff was very dedicated, informative, and friendly throughout the entire visit. They clearly explained the services needed without any pressure and made the process quick and smooth. Excellent customer service and professionalism — highly recommend this location!
First of all, very friendly and engaging staff. Made me feel welcomed an cared for. They shared with me what was going on with my car, and when I asked about something I needed addressed, they both told me and showed me what it was, and how it affects my car. This month I could only afford the high mileage oil to be changed (license plate sticker month), I didn't get any high pressure to do it now, just answers about how soon I should have it done. That's nice. That brings me back, though I've been using this Jiffy Lube since coming to the area. I was in and out in a short time knowing that many things we in good shape, and a couple I need to address.
To all of you that has a desire for an exceptional oil change. My recommendations would be this location. I've been a customer for many years with jiffylube and experienced some challenging experiences. But I never experienced not one at this location. I am pleased to say the professionalism and service are truly exceptional and I have no complaints. The staff is warm, respectful, informative and truly heavenly people. My money is well spent and I will travel a far for this type of service. Thank you York Road jiffylube, Thank You
