I took my vehicle in for an oil change, filter replacement, and engine air filter service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience today. The team did a great job, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently.They didn’t have the engine air filter in stock at the time, but they immediately placed an order, and the wait was very short. The customer service was phenomenal, especially from Giselle. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and took the time to explain the condition and life of my battery, which I found very informative. It’s rare to receive that level of attention and care. I truly hope she’s there the next time I bring my car in for service. Excellent experience overall, highly recommend!
This Jiffy Lube was great! There was only a 5 minute wait time as the car prior to me left, and I was allowed to stay in my car,, though they did offer I could stay in the lobby. Damoni and Giselle were both great in how they showed me everything they were talking about. I felt like the techs were very transparent throughout the whole service. And Victor took care of my car as well, even cleaning my windows for me while I was there. 10/10 great experience, and would recommend this well managed Jiffy Lube to anyone!
Been here multiple times, now with two cars. The team is fantastic, knowledgeable, and adaptable to your needs. You can tell they got a nice company culture with how well they seem to work together and communicate. Thanks Esteban and team for gettin’ it dun!!
