I came in with a repaired brake line from another shop and had air in my brake system. Jiffy lube was able to get me serviced right away and the manager Jennifer was very helpful in informing me if other services offered. I will be back with my two other vehicles for future services. This Jiffy Lube has been the best one I’ve ever been to! Not only was I asked if I wanted them to DRIVE my car into the garage, I didn’t even have to get out when I did drive it in! The service was unbelievably friendly and while I waited, my windows were also cleaned, again, all while sitting in my car. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I’m impressed. This is the place to go if your looking for a great price, OVER THE TOP customer service, and your life’s time back in under 15 minutes.
Five stars for this location! I'm a regular here and love seeing their great, diverse staff always hustling. Today I had a minor issue from a previous visit where an incorrect additive was recommended. The team handled it perfectly—they stood by their work, honored the warranty, and gave me a fresh oil change and filter free of charge to fix the honest mistake. Incredible customer care and integrity. They always take care of their people!
