I had an emergency situation when my car’s engine suddenly overheated in the middle of the road. I managed to pull over at Jiffy Lube Oil Change on North Ave in Elmhurst, and I’m so grateful I did. They were open on a Sunday, which was a huge relief. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and quick to help. They identified the cause of the overheating, gave me clear advice, and even topped off my antifreeze on the spot. To my surprise, they didn’t charge me anything for their help. Thanks to their kindness and expertise, I was able to safely continue my trip and reach my destination. I truly appreciate their honesty and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

I can sometimes get intimated bringing my car into a shop because I’m not the most knowledgeable about cars but she was so friendly, informative, and patient. She really went above and beyond! I’m moving back in the area and based off my experience with Erica- I will 100% be returning to this location!
One of the best places to receive excellent service. During my last visit, they discovered an issue in my car that another workshop had missed, and they fixed it quickly and professionally. The staff were extremely respectful, honest, and helpful throughout the whole process. This will definitely be my go-to service center for anything related to my car.
