Rick and Tae were both absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Rick was incredibly kind, honest, and helpful, making sure I understood everything that was going on with my vehicle every step of the way. He was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a positive experience. Tae was also very, very sweet and took great care of me. He gave me an oil change and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of and that I felt comfortable throughout the process. It’s hard to find people you can truly trust when it comes to your vehicle, but Rick and Tae are definitely those people. They are knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely care about their customers.
