It was my second time at this location since paying off my vehicle. First time, great! This time, Drew was awesome! Answered all my questions! Was a pleasure to have him help with my car. Also, I think his name was Hunter (pink hair) he was great! And there was another employee, sweet girl, didn’t catch her name though! But you guys were awesome today and I appreciate you!
First time to visit this location. And safe to say…it will be my fave so far! Take 5 always does a great thorough job when it comes to oil changes and such. But what puts them a top notch above all the others…is their connection to the customer. They are engaging, polite, listen to the customer and provide feedback. Each staff member I talked to this day (3 of them) will be the reason I return. And my car was serviced timely and professionally!!
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Tony, the manager, was absolutely amazing. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was done quickly and correctly. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the team made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I truly appreciate how efficient and knowledgeable Tony was throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend this location if you want fast service and a great experience!
