I always feel good about my oil change at this Jiffy Lube. The techs are friendly, professional and helpful. I have a Benz out of warranty and this is the first time outside the dealership getting an oil change. One con they did not have my filters. Y’all need to work on that. However, It was convenient and they answered my questions to make sure they will use the right oil for my SUZ. They assured me and showed me the oil. Keep up the customer service guys!
The customer service was fantastic; over the phone and in person. Aaron was very polite and explained everything before proceeding even the cost. He even came back to show me the new level of the new oil on the stick which caught me off guard bc other oil places I have gone has never done that. When it was time to pay, Lamar was very polite as well. The total time was under 30 mins; there was a car before me. Thank you. You're politeness did not go unnoticed. ?
I am writing to share my positive experience at your service center two days ago. I brought in my grey 2023 Jeep Cherokee for an oil change, and the technician who assisted me was excellent. He was very professional and completed the service quickly. I was so impressed with his work and attitude that I plan to return for all my future service needs. I strongly believe he deserves a raise, bonus, or promotion for his high level of service. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name at the time. I will check my receipt when I have a moment and follow up with his details, but I wanted to reach out immediately to share this feedback.
