I can’t say enough good things about Jiffy Lube. From the moment you walk in, the entire team is professional, welcoming & willing to answer all of your questions without making you feel rushed or intimidated. As a woman, anything related to cars or dealerships can feel overwhelming. They take the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, which makes such a difference. Anthony in particular always stands out he’s incredibly professional, motivated & genuinely helpful. He remembers his clients, which really shows how much he cares about the work he does and the people he helps. Dennis is AMAZING!!! He takes the time to also explain it all and adds a little humor, which is always appreciated. I drive a foreign car and even finding a place I could trust and doesn’t break my pockets was difficult before coming here. Jiffy Lube exceeded all my expectations. This is the only place I trust with my car and I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you to the staff for their amazing work. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I went to this Jiffy Lube location for the first time today, as I have recently moved and needed to find a new regular location for my oil changes. I thought that my old Jiffy Lube was a great one, but my experience today made me rethink my expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, greeting me as soon as I arrived. I have to give a special shout-out to Dennis, who was incredibly personable and gave me a thorough run down of my service history with Jiffy Lube to confirm everything in the system was correct. He also made a point of being honest with me about service cycles for the different services, advising me that I was mostly up to date, and only recommending the services that I was actually due for. He wasn't pushy about it either, just told me what was past due and recommended I get it done, and he even made a point of saying that I was fine to only get what I wanted to done. I ended up getting my tires rotated and cabin filter changed in addition to my oil. While he was working on the car, he actually found another issue that was minor, but my dealership wanted to charge me $300 to fix, so I had l left it, as it wasn't a safety hazard. Dennis fixed it for me free of charge! Absolutely out-of-this world customer service, and I am making this my new go-to spot for routine maintenance on my cars!
I want to make it clear that this specific Jiffy Lube ( 6930 Cermak road)won me back, because I've had some horrid experiences with other ones. I want to send a special shout out to Mr. Dennis. (Back story) Before I came here I was previously maybe less than a block away at a place called JUST TIRES. I'm going to blast them on their own review, because they are (JUST TIRED, JUST TERRIBLE (New word alert) JUST TORRIBLE, Terrible and Horrible had a baby) I've been to Just Tired 3 times and every time I went they couldn't get my service until half a day. (EVERY TIME?) This last time I went to get an oil change I waited half a day, and they told me they wouldn't do it, because I a little over the due from their last oil change. (Clowns) I Left in unbelief and just so happen to run into this jiffy lube and they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Mr Dennis for restoring my faith.
