I would like to give a quick shout out to Jiffy Lube. These guys are extremely courteous, polite and professional and most of all, understanding. I have taken my car to other places, but none of them treat you like Jiffy Lube. They actually care about you and they will try to assist you Which is rare nowadays!!! Last month, I needed to change my right rear brake light. I found out that I could not get it anywhere else but the Toyota Dealership. I purchased it from them for $58 and then I took it to a repair shop to be replaced but it was a complete mistake. First of all, from the time I walked into the place I felt unwelcome, it seemed weird since I had been there before. I asked them to replace the light bulb, they said it would take 2 hours and would cost $135? Can you believe that? $135, just to replace a light bulb that is just ridiculous. Right away, I knew they either didn’t want to perform the job or they wanted to rob me. Either way, I was not going to find out. I told them please don’t touch my car and I am content to take it elsewhere, which I did. I drove 3 minutes to Jiffy Lube and the Gentleman was so understanding, he went and retrieved his specialize tool and replaced the light bulb. It took him 5 minutes and needless to say, it didn’t cost me $135. I was so thankful. It is fair to say, Jiffy Lube has a customer for life!
My wife and I came by on a Saturday afternoon for oil changes. Got us both right in and out. Greeter was respectful. Guys doing the oil change followed procedures well and made sure they put the right amount in with thorough checks. Managers doing a good job here. I’ll be back next service.
Loved the quality of service. I had to come here because a different Jiffy location couldn’t change my oil filter and they got it done no problem. I asked them to read my check engine code and it had something to do with the EVAP system and they gave me a recommendation for where to get it checked properly. And to top it all off there was a gentleman who held the door open for me to leave and opened my truck door for me to get in as well which was a pleasant surprise.
