I had such a great experience with Mcky and his team at Jiffy Lube! From the moment I walked in, they were professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. Mcky made sure everything was explained clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The team worked quickly but thoroughly, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. The customer service was top-tier — respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s hard to find auto service that feels this honest and smooth. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Mcky and his team to family and friends. This location is centrally located and recieves rushes at various times of day. Ive seem the team here handle an overbearing influx accompanied by impatient patrons. Their was one employee that stood the test of time and coached the other staff on how to navigate the circumstances. I had to ask his name and assure the team I'd leave a review and continue to recommend this location. McKy was instrumental in leadership and the team seemed to receive the direction well. My personal , families, and my companies vehicles will continue to be serviced here.
Amazing staff. Explained everything perfectly. Now for Remedy Destination, Customer to customer I believe you should do your research, right. When you call or you go in person to valvoline they tell you what the prices are for what ever oil you want use and if I’m not mistaken, Jiffy Lube and Valvoline prices are exactly alike except when you call they already tell you that you can apply a coupon or that they will apply a coupon for you. On your receipt from valvoline it shows you received synthetic blend plus they apply a $16 coupon +2.44 off of that service. Now for jiffy lube receipt you paid for full synthetic which is a better oil then what you got a valvoline which of course would be more expensive. Therefore your getting a better service, better quality, and a longer oil life.
