I've been going to this location and always have had great service. Came in today for inspection was informed there would be an issue with my headlights and they honored my warranty even though I had incorrectly not followed the warranty process. The class with which they handled the situation is extremely appreciated by me so I'm leaving this review to say my thanks and I will continue to be a customer at this location.
I always have a good experience at Jiffy Lube. The staff was friendly, professional, and completed my oil change quickly. As usual they explained the service clearly without any pressure to buy extras. My vehicle was ready on time, and everything was handled efficiently. I would definitely return and recommend this Jiffy Lube at 50 Jericho Turnpike to anyone looking for fast and reliable service. I also have to say that the waiting area, bathroom and grounds are clean and tidy. Best place to get any of my vehicles checked when I'm in town.
I wanted to get an oil change today prior to the incoming heat wave expected this week and stopped by my local Floral Park, NY Jiffy Lube. There to greet me was Alexis and her full team. I was very impressed with Alexis and her co-workers. Their knowledge about cars, about the exact servicing that my car needed and about the type of oil recommended for my car was fantastic. They were all super nice, anxious to get customers in and out in Jiffy Lube’s targeted 15 minutes. The waiting room was pleasant and I had a very nice experience here. I will be back in about 3,000 miles from now. Thank you to Alexis and her complete service team.
