Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly mechanic. Michael B. He gathered my info and explained the plan of action, and invited me to relax inside where there was an air-conditioned waiting room and cold water. About 10-15 minutes later he came in to show me the condition of my filters (not good) I choose to replace them. Also discussed a few other issues with my vehicle. Very friendly, competent, helpful and thorough. Even offered additional discounts for being a valued customer. I definitely recommend anyone going here.
The shop was short-handed the morning I was there. The one guy worked efficiently not only for me but other customers as well. He did a great job and I would be happy to recommend this shop to anybody.
These guys are always fast and get the job done. They never overcharge or try and get you to buy something you don’t need. I’ve been going to the same place for years and this is the best in Redding for sure.
