Much better than last time I visited. They installed the oil change reminder decal on my windshield, they didn't last time. Unlike last time they did check my other fluids and air filter. Good job keep up the good work. I just had another visit on 5/9/26. This was the best visit yet. They all did an outstanding job. Thanks and keep up the great work!
Joe and team were amazing taking care of this Omaha girl! I have a unicorn of a Jeep (wrangler high altitude diesel) and Joe took the time to call the local Jeep dealership to make sure he used exactly what he was needed. That kind of over the top service is a unicorn itself! Thanks for taking such great care of me!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Huge shoutout to the crew at Jiffy Lube, specifically Eli & Joe. I came in for a routine oil change, but after recently being in a car accident, my vehicle had some damage that had me worried about making it safely until repairs. These guys went way above and beyond. They took the time to tighten everything up and basically “band-aid” the problem so the car would be safe enough to get me by while I wait for the repair shop. They never rushed me, even though it was closing time, and were incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. They could’ve easily sent me on my way after the oil change, but instead they treated me like family. I can’t thank Eli & Joe enough for their kindness and willingness to help. If you’re looking for honest people who truly care about their customers, this is the place to go. Thanks again, guys!
