The lady working in here was phenomenal. On a Thursday afternoon she seemed to be by herself in the store (which I thought was bonkers at such a busy time of he day), and she was efficient to get me in and out as quick as anyone could expect to have their oil changed and fluids/tires checked. She was very pleasant to deal with too, but what was most impressive is how when the line got backed up she showed no signs of being overwhelmed or change in attitude. I have to commend her for that, but I think the chain itself should recognize her as well, and work on getting her some help in there immediately. Overall, it was a great experience for getting an oil change.
I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The service was fast, thorough, and professional from start to finish. Dathan was especially helpful—he took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure my vehicle was well taken care of. It’s refreshing to find a place that is both efficient and attentive to detail. I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube and appreciate the excellent customer service from Dathan!
Very professional. Mark has been at the Coventry location for quite a while now. He’s done a great job there. I hope you don’t relocate him unless it’s for a big opportunity for him.
