Excellent customer service! I made it to Jiffy Lube in impeccable timing. I thought I had a problem with my fuel pump but it was my serpentine belt. It literally snapped off when I got to Jiffy Lube. The staff was friendly, helped me and I was on my way in great timing. ??????
I stopped in 20 minutes before the store opened and the staff were already there and willing to service my vehicle. They topped off my oil, washer fluid and checked my tires before I headed out of state. This kind of care for customers is rare and I greatly appreciated it! Highly recommend them!
The staff greeted me professionally and politely. I was in an out quickly and they even did a free diagnostic to see why my check engine light was on. As a customer service manager, I always like to point out excellent customer service when given. Today's visit was a great customer experience!
