I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube! Edwin, Tyrone, Gabriel, and Wilven were absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, friendly, and very attentive. They took the time to explain everything about my car and made sure I understood the services being done. They worked efficiently as a team and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find honest and hardworking people you can trust with your vehicle, but these guys definitely earned my trust. If you’re looking for great customer service and reliable car care, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Edwin, Tyrone, Gabriel, and Wilven. They truly go above and beyond!
Very happy with my experience and service at the Mineola location for an oil change. Very fast and reasonably priced. Found some valuable coupons at the corporate site and saved $35. Team was professional, friendly, and courteous. So pleased that I immediately returned the same morning for an oil change on my second vehicle. Special shout out to Miguel and Tyrone only because I spent more time chatting with them (and got some advice), but everyone was welcoming and friendly.
I had a wonderful experience at this Jiffy Lube location! All the staff was honest, quick, and informative. I had my transmission fluid/brake fluid replaced and my tires rotated. Very reasonable prices! Tyrone the manager made sure all my concerns were addressed. Will definitely recommend to others or come back when needed and in the area!
