First time there. Team saw me park and had me pull right up to garage. They got my door for me and told me to watch my step, then got the door going into waiting room. Weirdly good service. I came in for a serpentine belt replacement as per Honda dealer which quoted me over $480. After a short wait, they called me into garage proper and explained that I do not need the belt replaced yet. They also quoted a much lower price with a coupon if I did want it anyway. Jiffy was honest and provided context for the reasoning without me needing to ask for it. They could have made a quick buck, but instead they invested in honesty and have earned loyalty, which will net more in the long run. I respect this kind of business and long term thinking. The individual who I spoke with, LJ, was very clear and professional, and recommended other service they felt the car needed based on their assessment, which was efficient and quick. I will 100% be coming back here for all service going forward, given the great pricing, and especially due to the honesty, integrity, and professionalism of the staff. They really were all excellent over there and I feel safe working with them despite my lack of personal knowledge in the field. This was due to the proactive effort of the staff, which in this day and age, is rare and should be highly valued. Shoutout to Brett as well, who was helpful at checkout.
First time at a jiffy lube and I had a great experience here. The staff is knowledgable and explained everything! Went with a full synthetic oil change on my 20 yr old Wrangler. Highly recommend as it was so convenient!
This place is great. Excellent customer service and highly quality service. The work done on my vehicle took a total of 20 minutes and my vehicle is running like I took it to the dealer. Highly recommended this location
