I've been here a couple times now after my wife recommended them to me. It's close to our house so very convenient and there's never a big line but I can see why as they're quite Swift and efficient. They had me in and out promptly, went through and checked several things for me with quality recommendations, and I was impressed how they were doing callouts and checking settings and proper fluids with each other for verification. Now I understand why my wife feels so confident about coming here. They are my new every time oil change spot!

Had a customer service issue with another Jiffy Lube. Called Customer service, first time in 5 years - never had an issue as a matter of fact I've always given them 5 stars. Yesterday I experienced poor customer service from one team member (a young woman) and my check engine light came on after the service, which was a concern. The District Manager called me the very next day. He sent me to this location on Baymeadows - they rectified the problem (dirty airflow sensor) they cleaned it for me, made sure was locked in properly and the bracket was in tact, then reset the light. Again we've been coming to Jiffy Lube for 5 years. All 3 of our vehicles. This location provided me the type of service I expected. The manager Jo Jo, their mechanic Leonard was quick and the entire team was freindly and I could tell they legitimately cared about the experience I had here. Job well done Jiffy Lube- Baymeadows! ** they also offer some tire services.
