Great service, fast, affordable, reliable, and helpful. Technician noticed an oil leak and advised me to see the dealer. The car was just a few miles under the warranty! If they had not noticed it or told me I could have easily driven past the warranty before it became an obvious problem. That saved me a lot of money in loaner car costs alone while it’s being worked on at the dealership!
Here you go, nicely tied together: I had a great experience in Maryland, so I was really happy to find a location in Florida. I went to the Jacksonville location and had another great experience. We brought my boyfriend’s Chevrolet Impala in for service, and the team quickly found that the cabin filter was in really bad shape. They took care of it right away and made a noticeable difference. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The service was quick and efficient, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely come back to this location again and recommend it to anyone looking for reliable and honest service.
