After a blow out on one of my tires right down the street, I had done an emergency pull into the facility. A manager I believe by the name of Juan immediately greeted me, asked me what was wrong, I explained my situation and him and another member of his team tried to help me get a new tire and helped me put my spare on until I could get to a facility that had the tire my car needed. After asking how much did I owe I was told there was no need and they just wanted to help me in my time of need to get me back on the road. 10/10 fully recommend these guys.
I recently visited the Jiffy Lube location on Western and Pratt and had a really positive experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient from the moment I arrived. They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into unnecessary services, and completed my oil change quickly. The waiting area was clean, and the overall customer service was excellent. It’s refreshing to find a place that is both honest and respectful of your time. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance. Superior service!!
There is nothing I despise more than taking my car in for service. So when I make a choice I am holding my breath lol This location is in my neighborhood and I pass it all the time and it seems to get a lot of business so I decided to give it a go. I am glad I did! I usually go to the dealer but I haven’t been able to get an appointment. Anyways. They were super nice and professional. Their waiting area is comfy, I felt very welcomed and treated like a vip. I was working with a budget and my service advisor helped me focus on the important things and helped me stay within budget. The whole process was so quick and easy that I questioned why I waited so long in the first place. I highly recommend this location for all your car needs.
