Communicative. Reliable. Professional. Pulled up shortly after opening, and the team quickly approached the vehicle and got me situated. Manager Chad and Senior Mechanic Brandon were effective in communicating my vehicle needs and addressing my pre-existing concerns. Free popcorn, coffee and soda is available in the waiting area, along with free wifi, AC, television and padded office style chairs. Restroom was clean and everything was in working order. This Jiffy Lube location shined through even other positive experiences in the Tulsa County area, and they deserve higher recognition. I actually feel positive that my vehicle was throughly inspected and serviced- not rushed or neglected. You have earned a phenomenal review and the highest level of recommendation. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Chad, the Mgr provided excellent service and was kind to me. I was in and out in no time. They also let me know that my coolant was almost empty which couldv've lead to a huge car issue. I am one satisfied. customer today!.
