Today I went in for an oil change, decided to stop by my closest Jiffy Lube. I always choose Jiffy Lube to change my oil. I was very happy and overjoyed with the service. Anthony B. Made the service and process very smooth and easy. He was a very nice young man. I appreciate him and Marcelo M in the lower Bay. They got My car, right! I just wanna say that. I’m impressed about how Professional, these young men, anybody who wants a good service and wants to get their oil change. Go get your oil change At this location, you won’t be disappointed. And hey, I even got some brand new windshield wipers that Anthony put on perfectly. Thanks guys, you are appreciated!!
I initially went to Jiffy Lube because my car kept pushing this odor after using my AC for a couple of hours and I was at 3465 miles since the last oil change. The odor was making me nauseous ? any time it happened and I’d have to roll down the windows which defeats the purpose of the AC. When I pulled in, Anthony greeted me and I explained the problem. He said it was due to dirty filters. My car has 2 filters and usually the one you have to access through the passenger side is ignored. He also told me about a filter sale from $49 to $29 each. Love it. I would’ve paid whatever to get rid of the smell seeing as though I’m running the AC nonstop now. I waited in their air conditioned lobby with a TV that was watching the Sweet 16 College Basketball. Anthony showed me the new filters before installing and the old filters after removal. Huge difference! Wyatt and Mikey joined in to assist so I think I only waited maybe 15 minutes. It felt like I sat down and took a breath and they were finished. Wyatt rang up the charges and they had coupons but my military ID had the greatest discount. He printed my receipt and highlighted my discount. He even took the time to send it to me via email. Oh and they reset my maintenance reminder in my car. It was perfect! The customer service was great. They were professional. They were efficient. I didn’t get over sold on stuff I didn’t need. They all were welcoming. I truly appreciate everything they did to resolve my problem and get me back in the road. Thanks Anthony, Wyatt and Mikey⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Jiffy lube #860 Phenomenal work on my vehicle, took care of the problem worked amazingly with my budget and made it safe for me to drive my daughter around town. Wyatt R. Was not only professional but also informative of what was going on and what needed to be repaired and replaced. He was fast at getting to the resolve of the issue and was efficient on every aspect of the job. I was extremely satisfied with the service.
