Great experience. I waited inside. I was offered that I could be in my car while they did it or sit in office and wait and I did the office and wait. The guys were super nice also showed me my filthy air filter. First time going there and I will use again.
Came here on 4/17 to get my oil change done after reading great reviews. My entire interaction from start to finish was nothing but pleasant and professional. They don't suggest anything that doesn't actually need to be done to your car. ((Ladies- this matters for us, big time!)) They also had me out of there in about 20 mins after starting on my vehicle. You can tell the group of people I encountered actually cares about the people that walk in for service. I will undoubtedly be returning in the future. Thank y'all for letting a girl breathe a little easier when it comes to car maintenance.

They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into any unnecessary services, and had me back on the road in no time. A special shoutout to Chris, the General Manager, for running such a smooth and customer-focused operation. It’s clear he takes pride in making sure customers are treated with respect and honesty. The staff worked quickly but carefully, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was well taken care of. If you’re looking for fast, reliable service with a team that truly cares, I highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Auburn! I’ll definitely be back.
