The kind of service you expect from a professional place like Jiffy Lube, When I stay in my car and allow other mechanics to do the work on my car, I expect professional service, courteous, and polite and respect, And that’s exactly what this manager and his crew gave me nothing but the best. Thank you to Kevin and his crew and Jiffy Lube for such a professional experience!
These guys are always so nice and real. They're knowledgeable so they answer questions quickly and easily, they offer extra services for decent prices (unlike Valvoline), and they're always friendly in a genuine way, no fake salesman attitude. I pulled my hunk of junk in and asked if they could do my oil change in less than 30, not only did they do the oil change super quick, but they did a light check and noticed I had a brake light AND headlight out, which they replaced both on the spot for no more than $30. Quick, easy, always comfortable, will always come back. Can't say enough about this company and this specific branch, alongside the Manchester/Clarkson one as well. Give these people a raise!
